Role Summary

The Marketing Intern is a beginner role focused on supporting day-to-day marketing activities across digital marketing, content, social media, campaigns, and events. You will work closely with senior marketing, sales, and product teams to help build brand awareness, generate leads, and support go-to-market initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, curious, organized, and eager to learn B2B SaaS marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Assist in creating and publishing blogs, website content, emails, and social media posts
  • Help manage LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and company website updates
  • Support basic SEO activities (keyword research, on-page updates)
  • Coordinate with designers for banners, posts, and marketing collateral
Campaign & Lead Generation Support
  • Assist in executing email marketing and demand-generation campaigns
  • Help track campaign performance (opens, clicks, leads)
  • Support webinars, virtual events, and conferences
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/marketing tools
Sales & Product Marketing Support
  • Help create and update sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and brochures
  • Support product launches with content and announcements
  • Coordinate with Sales for campaign follow-ups and enablement materials
  • Assist with customer reference coordination and testimonials
Analytics & Operations
  • Track basic marketing metrics (website traffic, social engagement, leads)
  • Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules
  • Help document processes and organize marketing assets
  • Support marketing automation and tool setup under guidance
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome
Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Willingness to learn new tools and marketing concepts
