About the Role

Cloudbyz is seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader to build and scale our U.S. commercial engine for a Salesforce-native, unified eClinical platform and our rapidly expanding AI product portfolio serving biotech, pharma, medical device, diagnostics, and CROs.

This is a builder + scaler role—ideal for a GTM leader who has taken complex B2B SaaS platforms from early growth to scale, understands life sciences buyer personas, and can translate AI-driven innovation into repeatable revenue.

You will own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, SDR, Partnerships, Pricing, and Revenue Operations, working closely with the CEO, Product, and AI Innovation Lab.

Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy & Market Positioning
  • Define and execute Cloudbyz's U.S. GTM strategy across:
    • Unified eClinical (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTSM, CTFM, Safety)
    • AI Agents (eTMF Intake, Regulatory Intelligence, AI SDR, AI Translation, AI CSV, etc.)
  • Own ICP definition, segmentation, and vertical plays (Biotech, CRO, MedTech, Diagnostics, Consumer Research)
  • Build persona-based value propositions for:
    • Clinical Operations
    • Regulatory & Quality
    • Safety & PV
    • Finance & Trial Operations
    • IT / Salesforce stakeholders
2. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership
  • Own ARR growth, pipeline, bookings, and forecast accuracy
  • Build and scale:
    • Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales
    • SDR / BDR motion (including AI SDR augmentation)
    • Channel & Partner-led selling
  • Establish sales methodology (MEDDICC / Command of the Message / Challenger)
  • Drive large enterprise deals ($250K–$2M+) with long sales cycles
  • Coach and develop high-performing Account Executives and Sales Leaders
3. AI Product Monetization
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for:
    • AI Agents
    • Usage-based and value-based pricing models
    • Platform + AI bundles
  • Develop ROI narratives and calculators demonstrating:
    • Cost reduction
    • Cycle-time acceleration
    • Compliance risk reduction
  • Ensure smooth GTM launches for new AI products
4. Demand Generation & Marketing Alignment
  • Partner with Marketing to drive:
    • Pipeline-focused demand generation
    • Thought leadership (white papers, AI use cases, regulatory content)
    • Event-led GTM (SCOPE, DIA, JP Morgan, ADLM, Dreamforce, HLTH)
  • Ensure tight alignment between:
    • Product messaging
    • Competitive positioning (vs Veeva, Medidata, ArisGlobal, Advarra)
    • Sales enablement and ROI storytelling
5. Pricing, Packaging & Monetization
  • Define and optimize pricing and packaging for:
    • Platform subscriptions
    • AI Agents (usage-based, per-study, per-user, per-volume)
  • Develop ROI calculators and value-based pricing models
  • Lead deal desk governance and discounting strategy
6. Partnerships & Ecosystem
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships with:
    • Salesforce ecosystem
    • CROs and system integrators
    • Technology and AI partners
  • Enable partner-led pipeline and co-sell motions
7. GTM Operations & Scale
  • Establish revenue operations discipline:
    • Forecasting
    • Funnel metrics
    • CAC, LTV, sales efficiency
  • Build scalable GTM processes across:
    • CRM
    • AI-driven sales tools
    • Enablement platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience
  • 12+ years in B2B SaaS GTM / Revenue Leadership
  • 7+ years in Life Sciences software (eClinical, Safety, Regulatory, Clinical Ops)
  • Proven experience scaling revenue from $5–50M+ ARR
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTSM, Safety, Clinical Financials
    • Life sciences buying cycles and regulatory context
  • Experience selling platform + AI-enabled solutions
Preferred Experience
  • Salesforce ecosystem experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience competing against Veeva, Medidata, ArisGlobal, Advarra
  • Experience launching AI-driven products or agents
  • Startup or scale-up experience in a founder-led environment
